Issue ID: LIMS-002 : Icons failing to load once logged into the system.
Description of Issue: This usually happens when a user successfully logs into the systems but the icons of the visual
workflow do not fully load.

Root Cause: Incorrect path to the visual workflow files.
Resolution / Workaround: ICT personnel to confirm the visual workflow path configured in users LIMS instance
