Description of Issue: This usually happens when a user tries to login into the system and gets the error that the username / password is incorrect and they need to contact the system administrator.
It is usually accompanied by the error below.

Root Cause: Incorrect configuration of the ODBC.
Resolution / Workaround: ICT personnel to check the odbc set up in the users pc.
After testing the connection, open the Labware files folder where they will be required to delete the current server.sys file and put the configurations afresh.
